Fall is always such a beautiful time to be out taking photographs, and I think I picked the perfect weekend for my annual fall mini sessions, if I don’t say so myself! This year I had the privilege of teaming up with Cogan’s Farm. They are one of my favorite venues in West Tennessee, and I couldn’t have asked for a prettier backdrop to host my clients. One thing about shooting on the farm, though– you never know who you’re going to run into! Keep your eyes peeled for a few four-legged friends below.

The barn at Cogan’s Farm is so versatile and fun to incorporate into photos. It even holds a little adventure for anyone willing to climb into the loft!

It was so good to meet and photograph this sweet family. I hope I get to do it again in the future!

I’ve known Cory and Claire since high school. They recently moved back home to Jackson and have three of the CUTEST little girls I’ve ever seen!

I had never photographed triplets before this – but I think it’s safe to say Alice, Elise, and Amelia absolutely rocked their family photo debut!

And of course, if you’re doing a session with me, then I have to get some shots of just mom and dad together! Love these two!

These three kept me laughing the whole time – especially Joe with his big imagination and goofy faces!

Leigh and Mark were getting ready to celebrate their 10 year wedding anniversary – congratulations on an amazing milestone, you two!

I think this one is my favorite! It also probably sums up how Joe felt about his parents stealing a kiss behind him, haha!

I’ve been photographing this sweet family since Lydia was tiny and too shy to talk to me. Now she is in Kindergarten! Time, slow down.

Remember when I said we had visitors? Johnny and June had to make a grand appearance before the night was over!
