I have had the joy of knowing Audrey since she was a little girl, running around the halls of our church. A few years ago, I took her senior pictures. I couldn’t have been more honored to capture her and Nic’s intimate winter wedding at Northside on December 22, 2018. Their engagement session was one of my favorites of the whole year, maybe ever! The way they look at each other, Audrey’s sweet smile– these two just continue to slay me!
It may have been freezing outside, but the sun started shining just in time for Audrey and Nic’s first look and gave us the prettiest, brightest light for their portraits. I’m so glad I was there to witness all of the joy and laughter at their wedding. Here are just a few of my favorite images from their wedding day. Enjoy!
I loved photographing Audrey’s details – she had such beautiful family heirlooms.
Before seeing, Nic, Audrey decided to share a first look with her dad. It was so sweet, despite how cold it was outside!
And then Audrey’s dad prayed with her. This was one of my favorite moments.
There is an outdoor vesper area, or worship space, on the lawn behind our church. It was the perfect spot for Audrey & Nic’s first look!
The ceremony started at 10 AM, and the temperature was COLD on their wedding day. But the sun came out JUST in time for portraits and warmed things up a bit!
Audrey was absolutely radiant in the winter morning light. Just stunning!
These two are such troopers! You would never know how cold it was by looking at these photos, but it was extremely chilly!
Between the two of them, Audrey and Nic share five siblings, each of whom brought so much fun to the bridal party!
Audrey and Nic decided to have a small, intimate ceremony with their family and close friends. It was beautiful and heartfelt. The Chapel at Northside is the perfect venue for an intimate ceremony such as this!
They’re married! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbreath! I love you both and am grateful to have been the one to document your special day.
